I build AI-powered solutions and cloud-native systems on Azure and GCP, and own the full product lifecycle from requirements to production. I've led a 5-member team and delivered large data migrations and pipelines processing 5M+ transactions per week. Earlier, I built micro-frontend architectures and an automation marketplace at Beez Innovation Labs, and worked on Alexa smart home devices at Amazon.

- Retail Technology: Built enterprise applications supporting 60,000+ retail locations in the United States, and reaching 47M+ consumers monthly across product discovery, inventory, eCommerce and logistics.
- Enterprise Search & Discovery: Designed and implemented Azure AI Search (formerly Cognitive Search) across product catalogs, dashboards and databases, with faceted search, filtering, and sorting. Secured the configuration with Azure Key Vault and App Configuration, and worked with Microsoft engineers to tune performance, earning client praise.
- Application Modernization: Modernized and expanded an inventory management web app with React / Next.js and SSR. Upgraded the runtime from Node.js v16 to v22 LTS, cut bundle size to improve performance, and added new features and metrics dashboards for stakeholders.
- AI Solutions: Built an AI-driven trend insights tool using Azure AI Vision to extract headlines and attributes from historical magazine covers, giving sales reps trend-backed talking points and product recommendations. Built an AI-powered reviewer that automatically flags high-risk code before it reaches production.
- Team Leadership: Led a 5-member development team, owning client requirements, Agile delivery and team coordination, and making sure deliverables met a high quality bar.
- Data Integration: Engineered and deployed a FedEx webhook integration on GCP Cloud Run that streams shipment data into Snowflake, processing 5M+ transactions per week.
- AI-Assisted Database Migration: Led the Oracle to EDB PostgreSQL migration using Claude, applying prompt engineering to speed up schema and SQL conversion and lower migration risk.
- Reporting Migration: Migrated IBM Cognos reporting from Oracle to PostgreSQL. Replaced the unsupported EDB driver with the standard PostgreSQL driver and updated dependent frameworks to maintain existing reporting processes without disruption.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Migrated CI/CD from Azure DevOps to Bitbucket Pipelines, and deployed multiple applications using Azure Pipelines, Deployment Groups and Azure Key Vault for secure secrets management.
